Hope Parrocho

Physiotherapist

Hope is a believer in Physiotherapy, giving patients the support and treatment, they need to journey from pain to wellness. Hope graduated from a University in the Philippines with a Physiotherapy degree, after initially starting her journey in medicine. Hope is a passionate, dedicated physiotherapist practicing for over 10 years.


With experience working in a Sports Rehabilitation Centre with elite athletes and being a Resident Sports Physiotherapist for several commercial sports teams, including the National basketball, soccer and volleyball teams. Hope loves helping her patients control their pain, rehabilitate injuries and manage injury prevention. Hope has special interest in shoulder, spinal injuries and sacroiliac joint (pelvis) but is not limited to these.


Hope works with all members of the community to manage their conditions for them to enjoy the benefits of an active lifestyle and live their life to their fullest potential.

Marissa Hilotina

Marissa Hilotina

Physiotherapist

Marissa has always been extremely passionate about working in health and serving the community. She fell in love with the way physiotherapy can connect with people and change their lives for the better. Driven by this passion, she completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2011 from a prestigious university in the Philippines and her Graduate Diploma in Clinical Rehabilitation at Flinders University in South Australia.


Marissa has vast experience in treating various musculoskeletal conditions and rehabilitation, with a special interest in shoulders and knees. She is particularly passionate about post-trauma surgical rehabilitation, geriatrics, and neurological rehabilitation. Additionally, Marissa attends to the Ringwood City National Premier League teams.


She believes that rehabilitation is not just about healing an injury but also about supporting her patients in preventing further injury or pain, allowing them to continue doing what they love. Marissa achieves this through a combination of exercise therapy, soft tissue release, joint mobilization, dry needling, and various other hands-on techniques.

Lorainne Binuya

Allied Health Assistant/Pilates Instructor

Lorainne is our lovely energetic Pilates Instructor! She is a dedicated Sports & Exercise Science student with a profound passion for fitness and wellness. Currently offering 1-on-1 Pilates sessions and being a physiotherapist assistant at Progress Physiotherapy, where she seamlessly integrates her academic knowledge with practical experience to create tailored fitness sessions suited to meet your goals.


Lorainne’s commitment extends beyond the physical, she empowers clients fostering self-awareness and confidence. With a robust foundation in evidence-based training and interpersonal skills, she creates an atmosphere of trust and motivation.


Upon completing her degree, she will pursue further studies to become a physiotherapist. This reflects her dedication to lifelong learning and delivering comprehensive care for physical health and recovery. Lorainne is a certified Pilates Instructor under Unite Health APPI.

Mica Doria

Mica Doria

Allied Health Assistant/Pilates Instructor

Mica is our passionate physiotherapist assistant dedicated towards integrating her exercise-science expertise into her dynamic 1:1 clinical pilates sessions.


Currently, Mica is a third year Doctor of Physiotherapy student from The University of Melbourne and has obtained her Bachelors of Kinesiology Degree from The University of British Columbia, Canada.


Mica provides detailed, evidence-based care and is highly committed towards working together with her patients to achieve and exceed their personal goals. Mica is a devoted sports-enthusiast and furthermore values the importance in successful return to sport, pain-free and game ready. Her patient-centred approach allows for individualised success within her pilates and exercise sessions.


Mica has profound interests in neurological, musculoskeletal and vestibular care. Her extensive experience working with paediatrics has allowed her to work with an array of individuals from the community. Mica advocates for everyone to achieve physical and health literacy. In result, her pilates and exercise sessions are provided to instil confidence, competency and motivation in achieving an active and healthy lifestyle.

Lachy Moroney

Administrative Officer and Receptionist

Studying Physio at Victoria University, Lachy will likely be the first friendly face you meet at the clinic. With a background that includes working in a hospital setting and engaging in sports physiotherapy roles, Lachy is dedicated to honing his skills and gaining valuable experience in the field.


Passionate about helping the community and those in need, Lachy is equally enthusiastic about exercise and fitness. His interests include football, tennis, and endurance sports. Recently, he completed a marathon and is now training for an Ironman. His bubbly personality will always be up for a conversation about anything related to sport. 


Beyond the work and sports life, our energetic receptionist also loves to travel, and has recently backpacked Europe for 3 months. He now has his sights set on Asia and would be interested in any recommendations you may have!


Lachy is excited to be part of a clinic with such warm and educated professionals, and he looks forward to following in their footsteps as he continues his journey in physiotherapy.
